Boston University, B.A. Kim joined Merganser in 2021. She is responsible for directing and monitoring the firm’s overall compliance program. Prior to joining Merganser, Kim was Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Cadence Capital Management LLC. Before that, she served as Chief Compliance and Administrative Officer at DG Capital Management.
Salem State University, B.S. Rich joined Merganser in 2000. He is responsible for directing the firm’s portfolio accounting and reporting program. In addition, Rich is responsible for the firm’s GIPS® compliance program. Prior to joining Merganser, Rich spent 15 years in a variety of operational roles in the specialty retail industry.
