Company-wide Initiatives

  • Established an internal DEI Committee in the summer of 2020 to lead the firm’s diversity and equity initiatives
  • Expanded recruitment network to include new partnerships with traditionally untapped talent pools
  • Provide DEI training on an annual basis
  • Instituted an internal mentoring program to help each employee feel a sense of belonging and worth, and to aid them in their career development
  • Created a Women Employee Resource Group dedicated to supporting and retaining women at Merganser
  • Signatory to CFA DEI code since March 2022
