Prior to joining Merganser, Kim was Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Cadence Capital Management LLC. Before that, she served as Chief Compliance and Administrative Officer at DG Capital Management.
University of Massachusetts, B.S. Dan joined Merganser in 2014. He is responsible for directing the firm’s trade operations department. He also assists in the administration of the firm’s compliance program. Prior to joining Merganser, Dan worked in the Asset Servicing department at BNYMellon.
Salem State University, B.S. Rich joined Merganser in 2000. He is responsible for directing the firm’s portfolio accounting and reporting program.
