Dave joined Merganser in 2016. He is a senior analyst on our structured products team covering CMBS and CLOs. He also serves as our Deputy Chief Investment Officer.

Prior to joining Merganser, Dave held senior positions in portfolio management and research analysis in the commercial real estate sector, including the CMBS and REIT subsectors, at Amherst Capital Management and Standish. Earlier in his career, Dave specialized in acquisitions for Berkshire Property Advisors and served as a CMBS analyst at Standard & Poor’s.

Dave holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
