Dave joined Merganser in 2016. He is co-head of our structured products team in addition to his coverage of the commercial real estate sector and CLOs.
Prior to joining Merganser, Dave held senior positions in portfolio management and research analysis in the commercial real estate sector, including the CMBS and REIT subsectors, at Amherst Capital Management and Standish. Earlier in his career, Dave specialized in acquisitions for Berkshire Property Advisors and served as a CMBS analyst at Standard & Poor’s.
Dave holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
